Light, grippy, pointy.
Balanced downforce but handles like a Go-Kart in the bends, strip off some downforce if it feels too pointy, 1 point on both wings, keep rear wing 1 point higher than front to keep the balance of the setup. If that isn't enough, move the ballast 1 point towards the front.
Tyre wear shouldn't be an issue as long as you're not at full lock everywhere! Will not fix power problems from Honda engine but this will at least give you a fighting chance in the bends. Drive it like you stole it!
