Kilik Playermodel and Ragdoll

Description
The staff-weilding Kilik from Soul Calibur IV, as a Playermodel and a Ragdoll. Does not come with a staff.

NOTE: I DID NOT PORT THIS MODEL. The author lost the original model, so I'm uploading it for him.

Then I don't know what's wrong. Just try double-checking all of your playermodels and test them out, I guess.

In the playermodel menu, the model's thumbnail will look like Dr Kleiner.
