Could you make something similar for nomads setteling? I want my emperial shield to still have the double hourses after I settle. Is that possible?

Maybe less accurate for some other Christian Empires, but the Eagle is the symbol of the Byzantine Empire, so I very much like this mod. Just to clarify, is it achievement compatible?
