More perks and levels

More levels available, mainly for the purpose of having more perk points available. Also, the level requirements are deactivated to avoid having a lot of perk points that you can't spend.

New perk for leveling skls faster with two ranks: x2 and x8
v1.1b Fixes issues with the new perk (issues being it didn't appear in any perk tree :P). It is now under the domain of alteration, since it alters (I thought it was adequate).

v1.2
Expansion of the perk (added x4, x11 and x18). Meaning leveling speed now is more controllable, and at one's choice.
Increased experience points that skill levels give. Meaning decreased leveling time. Vanilla's x1, in earlier versions of this mod was x5, and now's x8, so you make an idea. This should provide more perk points than before, and the player should have spare points when reaching level 100 in every skill. As a side effect (it wssn't the original intention of the perk), you can have more magicka and/or health and/or stamina. Some advice from me: I usually play with magicka, and really don't level health much, and I don't level stamina at all, but with this perk you'll have extra points to give, and if you don't want to be overpowered (although you are using the mod), you can always increase stamina. It doesn't really make you more powerful, and it's useful to increase sprint time and the weight you can carry.
And as always, if you're having trouble with the new version, post it and I'll see what I can do. Thank you for your help.
1.2 Feedback:
This time the level cap is 236 and thus that's the number of perks available. I am afraid there's more than 236 perks, but I really don't want them absolutely all. If someone really wants to have them all, send me a message and I can tell you how to change it. It is absurdely easy, so don't be afraid even if you've never used the creation kit.
IMPORTANT: the leveling perk at its fifth stage makes you level up extremely quick. Some skills are instant to reach 100. Be careful of the multiplyer you choose. x8 is quick but not too quick; below x8 is more like normal and over x8 is really fast-paced. I recommend saving before activating these perks.

NOTES:
It doesn't work retroactively, it works best with lower level characters. Actually, it is meant for quick and "perkful" leveling of new characters.
This is my first mod, I'll gladly thank any help or feedback.
About the preview image, I didn't know what to associate the mod to, so I put an image of alpha Aquilae, more known as Altair. (Figured, since perks are stars...)
