basically, i thought "one civil war just isn't enough....we need another!"

and so this mod was born.
new factions:
free russia, controlling the majority of the russian far east
fascist russia, controlling parts of central asia and southern russia
union of russian nazis, controlling the caucasus and parts of southern russia (the two fascist nations are in an alliance)
old russia, being the monarchy, controlling st petersburg, and the far north
ukraine, controlling western ukraine
and central asia, controlling most of central asia

will make fixes and changed upon request
