Brings back the old Valo City that was rudely taken away from us in build 929...
Gives a HUGE boost in FPS and returns the 2003 vibe that the rest of the game has!


Installation:
Same as any other SLRR Workshop item - Library > SLRR > Play > Launch Game Editor

You phrased it correctly, but mods get blamed for unrelated issues all the time :|

when i play with this the mod game constantly freezes and it crashes 2/3 of the time?

It's not related to the mod - it happens in the vanilla game too!

Sadly the car goes through the ground after a few street races, seems to have ground collision issues,

Thank you that helps narrow it, I'm going to do more testing to find out whats causing it.
must be one of the fps mods then
