Harven's Chain Steering Wheel for ETS2

Description
This mod adds a nice steering wheel to all SCS trucks and to some modded ones as well. It was created with ATS in mind, but well... if it fits in your opinion, then why not ;)

I would like to thank my friends: Sirblackyalot, Lucasi and Pauly for some nice ideas :)
