The capitol city of a fictional state, it's built upon the Clarr River. Subject to periodic flooding, it provided both the most tumultuous building conditions upon which to build a city, and the best natural fortifications against the Alman armies. Taming the floodplains grants access to some of Cem Asleria's best natural ports and the rest of the Closar rivershed.

To the east lie fertile, rolling hills.
