I uploaded this ♥♥♥♥ and forgot about it but like a year later it's come to my attention some people thought it was the entire soundboard of Xcom replaced

I do not have the dedication or insanity to do that. It is just a voicepack I may or may not update for new characters.

(This was literally a meme I spent an entire morning on and I only even got into modding for this and use a tutorial video the entire time so this could explode your computer for all I know download at your own risk.)

If you could make it so it's an option as a voice selection for your soldiers to make random Tim Allen noises (OOOOAH? AHR AHR ARH!!! etc), that I would totally use just for amusement's sake for one special little trooper. If every sound in the game is replaced like in that Morrowind video, it loses it's appeal. lol

When you use the word "meme" it carries a lot of weight, the memes I study and create are only the most refined, it takes a very particular taste, mainstream doesn't do it until the meme dies from the mainstream and becomes post ironic again, the depth to the death of a meme and it's revival is crucial here, my memes are ones the average joe will look at and either never understand or think "isnt that that dead meme", not realizing that a meme dying revives it in the eyes of a true master, as it is now freed from the claws of over saturation. The work I will do will be the work to obscure or too niche for society.
So as I pray, Unlimited Gangam Works.
