Adds the Team Fortress Classic medic to Ultimate Arena! He can regenerate health, construct his own medkits, and will occasionally call for "MEDIC!"

@John Cena - Jack Steelgamer: Not exactly, but on occasion you'll see "TFC Medic regenerated some health" in the feed, and he gets a large chunk of his health back.
