Neon City Downtown (Main Menu Theme)

Many visitors to Neon City are surprised to see office highrises in Neon City. Most are later informed there are many types of parties. Office parties, Penthouse parties, apartment parties, club parties, and so on. However the people of Neon City no longer host street parties, ever since the incident back in 2070 that caused a screeching halt of all parties in Neon City. A party bus happened to accidentally make a wrong turn and went full speed down a street hosting a street party. No one was hurt in either party. However the resulting crash caused both massive sub-woofers to come a loose and magneticly implode against one another. The resulting interference sound was so loud and awful the entire city was abandoned for the day till the power cut.
