Empire UA : Long History of Corruption and Crime

Having either a Commercial Hub or a Harbor grants the city +25% Gold but reduces its Amenity by 1. Spend Builder charges to complete 15% of the original district cost.

Empire UU : Imperial Defence Force

Empire unique unit that replace Pikeman. Unlike the default Pikeman, this unit is Melee class. +10 Combat Strength against light cavalry and heavy cavalry units. +10 Combat Strength when fighting on your capital's continent.

Empire UB : Public Execution Site

Empire unique building. Provide +2 Amenity. If the city is starving there is a high chance that the city will lose 1 Citizen, but gain 75 Gold and Culture (scales with speed). Unlocked by Civil Service.

Esdeath UA : Empire's Strongest General

Combat victories provide Faith equal to 50% of the Combat Strength of the defeated unit. Captured city's population decrease to 1, but grant 2 Builder, give 15 Experience to all units and Culture and Faith that increases with the number of citizens lost through this ability. Gain the Ice Calvary unique unit when they research the Stirrups technology.

Esdeath UU : Ice Cavalry

Esdeath unique unit that replace Knight. Stronger than normal Knight, low maintenance cost and not require Iron. can only be purchased with Faith.

Esdeath Agenda : Sadistic General

Always tries to keep a large standing army. Favors Declare War or Attack City-States. Likes civilizations with large armies, those that attack city-states or are warmongers. Hates civilizations with small armies.
