Here's the link to that other station (by Liranius):

I thought you might want to check in with the modder who created the
GROUND RAILWAY-AS-METRO STATION
to see how he got his Cims to walk on top of the platform instead of sunk into it. He could probably tell you how to do that if you asked him.
On the positive side for your station .... his costs twice as much to run so I still use a lot of yours instead and just try to ignore the quick-sand cement problem.....and just keep waiting for an update on yours that will fix the quick-sand cement problem......
I'll repeat the comment I made just before yours (you don't read the comments before dropping your own, do you?....or you wouldn't have had to ask the question...chuckle...)
anyway....
The Cims do this in the Vanilla metro station as well ...... I think there is a path for them to walk over the tracks to get to the other side in order to wait for trains going the opposite direction.....at least that's what they seem to be doing in the Vanilla station. It's probably just a "Colossal" thing that modders cannot fix.
Hi there :^)
The Cims do this in the Vanilla metro station as well ...... I think there is a path for them to walk over the tracks to get to the other side in order to wait for trains going the opposite direction.....at least that's what they seem to be doing in the Vanilla station. It's probably just a "Colossal" thing that modders cannot fix. I'm just guessing - not high-techy-techy enough to be sure of anything.
But just thought it might make you feel better to know it's something that happens in all of em ..... though the really expensive one that comes with the Metro Overhaul mod does have a raised overpass in it's station......
Did I ever thank you, while I was chit-chatting, for making such a wonderful metro station? If I didn't I am now. Your station is soooo beautiful. Wish I could make things that nice. Have noooo idea how you do it, but please keep up the good work..... and thanks for it.
:^)
