Eerie Nettlebane

Description
Each swing of the Nettlebane echoes with the sounds of a dying Spriggan.

Increases base damage of Nettlebane from 6 to 15, allows it to be enchanted and changes the attack sound to sprigganattackA.

Just makes it a bit more useful and eerie.

(I don't know why, but the sound category I actually changed is the 'miss/fail swing' one, which seems to work the best. None of the sound categories seem to do what they should)
