The 1st National Bank building in downtown St. Paul, Minnesota, was built in 1931. At 417 feet (127 meters) it was the tallest building in St. Paul until 1986. The original sign on top used 4,000 feet (around 1,219 meters) of neon tubing and could be seen from 75 miles away at night. After a renovation in 2016, the neon was replaced with LED lights that can change color for special occasions (but it is usually red.)

I chose to build this in Creativerse because the regular rhythm of stone and glass was easy to represent in blocks. The building sits on a corner lot, with other buildings close by, so each side is different. The side with the entrance faces one street, the side with the high balconies faces the other. The side of the building with lots of wall and tall windows I had to make up, since that was hiding behind other buildings.
