This mod rebalances all natural wonders, including the mythic ones: Fountain of Youth and El Dorado. Though, simply the presence of the mythics unbalances things a bit, since their mythical flavor demands that they be rare and of epic proportions, which introduces more luck instead of strategy. (Though, you could also say adapting to that luckiness or unluckiness introduces strategic elements too.) But, I believe it's at least better than the default versions if you really want them in your game.

The spreadsheet above displays their rough groupings as I was balancing their yields and trying to make each one unique. I also wanted to make sure each yield received enough representation; especially the special ones: science, culture, and faith.

First, all natural wonders now give a 2 happiness bonus once they're claimed by a player and within their borders, along with the existing 1 happiness bonus for discovering them. Great Barrier Reef only grants 1 happiness per tile. Mythic wonders grant 3 happiness within your borders.

Second, all wonders have been balanced around a target number of 8 additional yields alongside the 2 happiness. The Reef grants less per tile, though it doesn’t simply total half of the other wonders since it still has the drawback of requiring an extra citizen to work both of its tiles. Mythics give 10 yields alongside the 3 happiness.

The healing promotion has been removed from the Fountain of Youth along with the 500 gold for finding El Dorado first. Now they just reward raw yields.

With El Dorado, less luck is involved and those that claim it within their borders will reap the rewards instead (as well as those that may conquer it from them). Fountain of Youth is still potent, being the rarest of all, but it also simply grants yields instead of having to tediously micro units next to it to gain a powerful promotion.

Why remove the healing promotion from fountain of youth? :(
You could factor that into the gains you get from it. ^^

Also I don't see mt kilimanjaro on there.
Did you remove altitude training too? :(

Sad to see no update a year later, but I understand. I didn't realize then that I should have pointed out that I believe Science points are worth half as much as the others. This is why the Science Academy yields 8 science while the Manufactory and Customs House only yield 4 production and gold, respectively. Therefore, the wonders that yield science actually don't add up to 8 so are weaker.

For my own copy of your mod I've made those changes and renamed the silly Fountain of Youth and El Dorado, Wakulla Springs and Lost City, but that is just my personal taste. I hope you update this one as all your mods are great!
