This will move most of the 'unknown' bones to normal categories.
Simply put the .txt file in your usermod/cfg/ folder.

Cape tutorial:
1. Drag&drop modelname on modelname_cape
2. Select all locked transforms
3. Pull the Zero slider to the limit
