PHX props missing materials

Description
Missing textures from some phx props.
For some reason they are gone since Gmod 13.
Garry fix please.

PHX is in gmod by default now. You dont have to download it anymore.

@lubstar is there a new phx ? i havent played garrysmod for a long time and i received "script errors" i tried to update my phx but not updates avaible, i cant find PHX in workshop so.. ? hmm

phx works fine but the textures not because garry removed them for no reason

Browse/Games/Gmod go all whe way down and then somewhere there you'll see PHX :)
