Explosive Temper!

Another fine item from the not so fine mod!

If you pickup Explosive Temper, you will be the BOMB! Literally, if you fire nonstop in any direction for about 5 seconds you will explode! The explosion will do a whole lot of damage! But beware, after exploding you will not be able to fire for about one second, at that time enemies can freely damage you!

The item is found in treasure and devil rooms, both in normal and greed mode.

is it possible to make a laser that makes an explosion when it hits something? (looks like a laser but doesnt have penetrative shot)(inspired by Combustionbending from Avatar: the last airbender)
