Devilschain's Enhanced Spectral Assassin

Description
This Mod Enhances the Current Spectral Assassin that is Summonable from the Dark Brotherhood.

Enhancements:
* The summon ability is now a spell instead of a power. This allows you to keep the Spectral Assassin out at all times, instead of one summon per day.
* Now Wields Bow for Ranged Combat.
* Now Duel Wields Sword and Dagger for melee combat.

Woah, this works gret with alot of other Dark Brotherhood mods.. Though it would be nice if these were.. you know.. earnable? Like in quests.. not any additional quests or anything. Like for some quests you might get a choice of which thing to get.
