Ability Slot Extender FU Patch Redone

I was trying to fix this mod so... Please leave a comment if it work now... Also - it 'replace' items/active/weapons/weapons.lua, so if you have other mod that also do it (FU as great example... and reason why this patch needed to be exist) - this one can not work.

THIS NOT DOES NOT WORKS WITHOUT the Ability Slot Extender mod (Tmerus: Actually... it can work if I input some files in... that will create a standalone version of the mod... But I don't wanna)
