250cc of milk.
2 eggs.
(You can use plain flour 0000 or self-raising).
(Milk can be skimmed).
Beat eggs, flour and a splash of milk in the blender until you obtain a mixture without lumps.
Add the rest of the milk and beat until smooth.
Refrigerate the mixture for 30 minutes to hydrate the flour.
Cook in a frying pan with butter over low heat, forming the pancakes one by one.
Serve hot and enjoy.
