This game deserves a lower rating on steam. The game itself is amazing, this oc version is so poorly made. I shouldn't have to have the newest pc parts just to run this game at a stable 60fps. Especially since I surpass the recommended specs and still play on mostly medium settings. I can run through the same area multiple times and get drastically different results every single time. Sometimes it's a smooth 60fps, sometimes it's like 40-50, and then there's times it decides to go down to the 30s. For absolutely no good reason. Even launching the game is a gamble. Will it run how it should? Or will I have to restart it a couple times until it feels like running correctly. The mentality of "get a better pc" is exactly why there's been such a ♥♥♥♥ past couple years when it comes to pc ports. How about the devs actually do their job and make their games correctly? It's like ordering something from Amazon and recieveing it damaged, and in response to my annoyance I get told its a skill issue. It's actually crazy that people let stuff like this slide. Such a great game handled with such little care. Even besides just the port, the online mode was basically abandoned by Rockstar anyways. But that's for a whole other review. But yeah, great game, extremely sub-par version of the game.
