This game is beautifully cryptic. The graphics are what initially drew me in, and though they are some of the most gorgeous I've seen in an Indie, it's the story that kept me going.

Signalis doesn't like to tell you the full story, instead it gives you bits and pieces as you go and it's mostly up for your interpretation until the tail end of the game where the loose ends get tied up and everything slots into place. It's a slow cooker, but it's more than worth the meal when I look back at it.

Music is mwah, chef's kiss. It's a very environment driven soundtrack that fits the survival horror parts of the game. But when it wants to get beautiful, it gets downright perfect.

I'm not really accustomed to this genre of games, and Signalis being my first probably didn't help my rough experience either. But there's just so much else to love about this Stunning Space Opera.

Sounds like my kinda game! I'm obsessed with cryptic storylines. Wish I could give it a shot, but gotta wait for the next sale! 💸😩
