Don't use this on games with a lot of text to read while having background movement tho, ai frame generation will mess the readability up

I got the game only to support the dev, but for this price and this size of a game it really isn't that bad. Sure graphic is old and many mechanics are lacking, but it is playable, and command console exists so i can skip the grinding part and enjoy pure slashing finally lol

If you've played teardown touring car (ai racing) mod and liked that then you will definitely like this one. it's like that but 10x more content (other than you cant get out of the cars during competing)

I've been playing on Mobile for quite a while, got most (1-2 left) sectors unlocked in my home system and reached r10 (maybe r9, it's been a while).

This game is fun, but it is very stressful. As you advance through higher RS level, you need a lot more brainpower to make sure your ships collect everything from every planet, while you try not to let them die from Cerberus and other player raiders (which could happen). Apart of that it is a pain the ass to try maximizing your profit from all the trade routes in your home system. At the same time, the punishment to wrongly placing your ship or jumpgate (the warp thing that links between the planets) is quite high.

As far as I'm aware, the game no longer receives any update since 2 years ago when sequel came out. I also believe that the game is made more for mobile user as the controls is highly time sensitive, with sometimes you need to move multiple ships in matter of few seconds to different locations.

The only upside would be that the game decentivize paying, as the benefit you get is absolutely not worth it to pay with real money. Since the game isn't updating anymore, you'll probably reach the endgame by playing the game for stressful 2 hours everyday for 3 years or something.

I'll still recommend it tho, just for how f2p it is, and the fact that you probably can't get the similar experience elsewhere. I am no sure how the community is now compared to 2 years ago tho, so it *could* be worse. Don't quote me on this

Fundamentally, no difference from Idle Heroes / AFK Arena. P2W and grindy if you want to be top of the board.

Edit: f2p actually has pretty solid gameplay still with dedication (1-2hr per day)
story line is meh but that's not the core part of the game anyways
it's not too bad for casual relaxation, also pretty easy to get pulls even f2p
As for beta, not too hard for progression

Still, in general, it's not a new type of game with new mechanism (you could probably argue that it has combination that is new, but all the gamemodes it has is not creative), as there are tons of similar idle gacha games out there. If you don't care about spending money on more waifus in another gacha game, be my guest. However, if you are looking for something new and exciting this is probably not for you.

It's not a hardcore simulation, like some others mentioned, but at least it's pretty educational for some people who know nothing about construction like me. I had no idea how a building or bridge is constructed before, and I didn't even know some of the machine types existed until playing this game. It has some flaws here and there, but I'm having fun. Would be better to play with friends on multiplayer but singleplayer mode is still a good time killer.

Update: Nominate this game for labor of love

I played galaxy on fire 2 and this game really gives me a sense of nostalgia. It's so much better now and I love it

It's the most innovative shooter I've played in years!
