synchroscope is absolute ass, they now added 3 of them which breaks your electric generator and resistor banks as power generation can/has to exceed 4MW on a single turbine before rpm is synced. redering any serious attempts at playing this game unfun, only time you can have fun is if you cheat money thru gamefiles which is not exacly easy or handy.
(2.0 update: synchroscope has rendered game unusable now as it has a rate of >10rpm/s making this a waiting game while your resistors overheat couse turbine is generating 5mw while youre sitting on 700 rpm and waiting until the rate of 7rpm/s finally fills up to 3600, i did not check anything well enough to add on any positive or negative changes as everything that made synchroscope annoying and gamebreaking is much worse beyond starting up the reactor with disregard to equipment.
at this stage i recommend cracking older version as even if the game was free it wouldnt be worth spending an hour in it. i also cant wait for this game to turn into a buying dlc simulator.
