Love the game, musicians, community and the melee.

You may hear some people hating on the melee system. They most likely never played any other class than Rifleman is first, and they never really tried to get into it is second.

The melee may seem janky at first, and you may not even get used to blocking in melee in 100 hours, which i admit, may seem difficult at first. Until you meet your first opponet of the same skill level. Both not knowing how to speed up stabs and how to block. And that fun may last until some melee enjoyer comes in and stabs him with a double crouch spin with a sped up drag.

If you want to get into melee, i suggest you first learn to block all the faints, spins and just normal attacks, then you learn how to speed up your hits, and eventually learn how to spin, drag and crouch stab properly.

Shooting in this game is another fun technique. Secondary, in my opinion.

Aiming may seem difficult at first, especially with not being able to land some hits. Eventually it just clicks in your head and you are suddenly able to land all your hits nicely. It is kind of random with the bullet spread, but somehow you just get over it. Keep in mind that having low ping (below 70), Mid ping (71-95) and high ping (96-300) varies a lot. On low ping you aim directly at the target and hit it instantly. On mid ping you aim a bit in front of it, and on high ping you actually have to aim as if the target was actually moving. (All pings compared on moving targets). If you want to practice shooting, i suggest you to play Light Infantry, LIGHT not LINE. But never pick Rifleman. Why you may ask?

Rifleman is a drug of it's own, a very strong and horrible one.
You know that just like any other drug it's bad for your health and you overall, but it's so fun and addictive. You get addicted to shooting above 80 meters calmly, at some point you start ignoring all the justified hate in the chat, and before you know it, you are a level 75 rifleman, and is officially targeted by everyone. If you want to play rifleman, make sure you do not go above lvl 10. As a person who has never gone down that rabbit hole, i suggest you shouldn't either. Just play Light Infantry, since with all the built-in buffs you can shoot just the same, except you get a walking/running speed boost.

If you want to learn to melee, play Line Infantry for the bayonet and Flagbearer for the sabre/weaker "bayonet". Luckily melee is not a drug and absolutely every single class has it.

The community is pure gold. Diamond i would even say. It is impossible to explain it with your words.

Overall, the game is fun, the M&B NW feeling was in here since 2017. Now it's a barely known masterpiece inside its' community. If you are familiar with Guts & Blackpowder, Blood & Iron and some other Napoleonic war games on roblox, then i definitely suggest you to buy this game. You will not be disappointed.

Overall opinion? 12/10. Perfect game, epic, super cool and enjoyable on low ping.
