OMG! That's wild. I've been having the same issue with my headphones, but I just assumed it was the game. Gonna try that out! 🙏 Hopefully, it works for me too.

The last Tekken I played was 3 I think, never played any of the Tag versions. I have come to agree that Tekken is over rated. I don't know if it's just me but it seems like the inputs are somewhat random based on situation. I mean that when I enter a certain input it doesn't always generate the same move twice in a row and I don't understand that at all. I've never played King of Fighters before but recently got XIII based on some recommendations from some fellows in my local FGC. I have to admit that I've played more UNICLR as I have a hard enough time learning just ONE character, let alone THREE!

I've played some Tekken 7, but honestly I wasn't too impressed with it. It's good just not good enough for me to buy and I'm still not sold on the Super Specials. Personally Tekken Tag 2 is my favorite out of the series. I have not played UNICLR, but enjoy Skullgirls. KOF XIII is a damn good game. I agree with you on the Tekken guest characters. Akuma was kind of cool to see.

Well, that is certainly strange. I don't have KOF XIV yet, only XIII so far. I have pretty much given up on Tekken 7 even though I've played over 200 hours between PS4 and PC. The Negan character just summons too many horrifying images for me to get past. The episode of WALKING DEAD where he crushes the guy's head and says "are you still in there?" is quoted and acted out endlessly in Tekken 7 and I just find it absolutely repulsive and unendurable. So I'll be playing more UNICLR and Skullgirls and KOF XIII and maybe Samurai Shodown V too. I just have to pick one to focus on I guess. I might give Granblue Fantasy Versus a try too as that game is highly rated. I was hoping it would go on sale but so far it hasn't. 8( Generally, I hate "guest" characters in the Tekken series. They never fit in very well IMO.Turns out my computer will run KOF XIV if I recall correctly. Hoping for a sale! It won't run Soul Calibur VI though. Video card is the weak point.

No they charge on a charger not connected to the pc. They are bluetooth headphones and as long as I don't have them connected for audio, the game works. Pretty much I can't use wireless headphones when I play, or at least the ones I have...idk.. I have not tried using headphones that connect via headphone jack, but I'll check it out just to see. I agree that it's a very strange conflict.. I would have never guessed that would be the problem. It's funny that I couldn't figure it out. I go to bed listening to music with the headphones and they die during the night. I would wake up and try the game and it worked. I was like, do I have to play this damn game in the am to work...lol

You're welcome. I'm glad you got it figured out. There's nothing worse than not being able to play due to unsolvable technical issues! That's a strange conflict though. Do you mean the game wouldn't launch while the wireless headphones are connected with a cable to the computer for charging?

Thank you!!! I finally figured it out. I found it deep into another forum. All it was was my wireless headphones. Of all the things I tried and hours of searching it was my damn headphones...lol. I honestly didn't connect the fact that the game worked when I was charging them. Thank you so much for responding.

That sucks. I had a similar problem finding the solution to online multiplayer in UNICLR. I eventually discovered that Steam Cloud Saves have to be enabled, which is lame but whatever.

When you say that "it won't open," are you getting any error messages? Which OS are you using? Did you restart your computer after installing but before playing the first time?

I would try shutting the computer down, unplug it and leave it unplugged for up to 5 minutes. Then power back on, let it load OS normally and give it a couple minutes after you get into OS. Then try running the game. It's possible that a startup program is interfering with the game loading. Not likely but possible.

Otherwise, I would try a search engine other than google, like duckduckgo, and see if you get useful results.
