When a topic is unfamiliar or new concepts are put forward, Bot Sarp engages in the conversation, but contributions show a lack of understanding at first. Needs to make more effort to listen, learn and adjust. They will always willingly and successfully try to do what is required, even if it means performing tasks that are not in the job description or if required to do extra work unexpectedly. A self-starter – someone who always finds out the right thing to do and gets on with the job. If a manager has given no guidance Bot Sarp will still take appropriate action. If the required tools are unavailable, they is able to improvise. A persuasive, engaging speaker when well-prepared, but uncomfortable and less effective when asked to speak off-the-cuff.
