这游戏并不简单

不光要对付严寒，还要应付刁民（都快冻死了，不愿意加班，还想着嫖娼）

颁布法律，建立秩序，植入信仰 这一些都值得吗，当然，你守住了城市之光

疫情当前，好比严寒

现在玩应该有些额外的感触 防控疫情，建立医院，隔离患者，研发疫苗，拯救人民

尽管过程不尽如人意 ，结局能让尽可能多的人活下来才是最重要的，不是吗
