Good game, just wish it didn't cost 339.79 to get the whole thing.
The AI is horrible and just spawns in resources to get around actual skill, but that doesn't effect me much.

3/10 without DLC
8/10 with DLC
9.5/10 with DLC & mods

Don't get robbed for the DLC though, play multiplayer with a friend who has them as host, wait for a sale, or find some alternate means)
