I've been playing tf2 for almost 7 years now and I got some stuff to say:

Bots: well ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ bots are gone, it only took valve 4 years and 8 months and they didn't even update the ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ anti-cheat, don't get me wrong it's great to see valve actually deal with the bot crisis but man it pisses me off how long it took and they didn't even fix the core issue of the anti-cheat not working to begin with, thank god they banned all the bots and the hosters but still the fact it took over 4 years and 2 protests is ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ crazy, thank casual is "playable" now but there's still a big issue

Cheaters: bots are gone but not aimbots, I've been keeping a list of every cheater I run into in this game and have gotten a list of 731 different steam users that cheat in Team Fortress 2, some are alt accounts, some got ban, some stopped playing and some got deleted but every month I run into new accounts that cheat in this game, hell as of the time writing this I've already ran into 3, 1 of them just made the account today as of writing, it's insulting that even after a almost 5 year long bot crisis that they didn't even update their anti-cheat or bring it up to date, V.A.C only works against old free to use cheats and L/m/a/o/b/o/x while there are many other opinions to cheat in this game, some of you may say "why not report them?" I have I've given out detailed reports with video footage on how they're cheating and none of them have gotten banned from my reports at the very least, even ones they don't even hide their cheats and flat out use spinbot, it really burns me out when half of the games I play have a cheater in them and then there's the other half

Toxic Players/Hate Speech: TF2 use to be known for its friendly community, it is not the same these days, official casual servers aren't moderated at all when it comes to voice and text chat, because of that people have turn the server chats into a place of racism and hate speech, I've people spam and throw racial slurs around, people talk about hate crimes they want to do, literal hate speech, death threats, harassment etc, it really kills the mood when you just want to chill and play the game while someone talks about literal hate speech in voice/text chat or worst towards you, some people would say "well why not just ignore it" or "while not use Valve's chat filters" or "why not report it?" and or "why not disable voice/text chat"
1. kinda hard when someone screams it in the voice/spams in chat when this happens almost every game
2. I do use the chat filters and they only work half the time
3. I do report it, nothing is done
and 4. this is a team base shooter, kinda important to be able to communicate with my team and them to be able to communicate back with me, along side being able to say in chat and explain to the team/enemy team when someone is cheating since Valve isn't going to deal with them the best thing we can do is kick them off the server
I wish there was actual moderation when it comes to the voice/text chat in this game as honestly people say some horrible stuff like, to the point where it's literal hate speech and harassment towards players

Conclusion: TF2 has been one of my favorite games to play but it has some major flaws Valve hasn't dealt with when they really should, I honestly can't have fun anymore with this game do to all the cheaters and toxicity in the game and will no longer be playing it until Valve fixes TF2 and I recommend others not to spend money on TF2 that directly funds Valve till they finally deal with the cheater problem and actually moderate their game #savetf2 #fixtf2 #fixvac
