how to make cloud

5 tbsp flour
1 cup milk
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 cup butter
1 cup sugar

medium heat, whisk flour and milk in a small saucepan and heat to a simmer, mix until it becomes thick like puddin

remove from heat, toss in vanilla and salt. Allow it to cool entirely. Put a lid on to keep its skin from forming

use mixer to smush together butter and sugar until fluffy, 5ish minutes. With the mixer on medium, add the cooled flour mixture one spoon at a time. Continue to mix on high until it resembles whipped cream and you've crushed all the little sugar babs.

Usually paired with cake but I dont judge
