I'm super late, and you may have already found out by now...but the armor set I used in my screenshot was the "Sinister Warrior's" armor set, which can be found on the GTN or Cartel Market. The mask was something I got a long while back, I believe you can still get it from the lvl 75 gear vendor on fleet. And then I just used a black dye set. It's all very expensive...
