bomboane Raffaello negre

Ingrediente pentru Bomboane Raffaello negre:

250 grame mascarpone
1 lingura pudra de cacao
zahar pudra vanilat dupa gust (eu am folosit cca 50 grame)
esenta de rom (cateva picaturi)
100 grame ciocolata amaruie rasa fin (eu am folosit ciocolata cu masa mare de cacao, 85%)
120 grame fulgi de cocos
Mod de preparare Bomboane Raffaello negre:

Intr-un bol mai mare se rastoarna mascarpone.
Se adauga esenta de rom si se incorporeaza jumatate din cantitatea deciocolata rasa si zaharul pudra (cu furculita sau o spatula).
Se adauga pudra de cacao si o parte din fulgii de cocos
Se omogenizeaza bine, pana se obtine o pasta groasa, modelabila.
Se modeleaza cate un bulgaras (in mijlocul caruia se poate ascunde o aluna, nuca sau bucatica de fruct uscat–eu le-am lasat simple de data asta)
