This game is not for everyone. The reason i'm not recommending it is due to the large amount of bugs and cheaters with ubisoft being greedy. The game takes a while to get into with you having to do many tutorials and things to play a standard match and having to play for a while to unlock ranked. The game is not for people new to fps games, unless you have experience with fps and strategy games I wouldn't recommend siege. Its a really good game but ubisoft doesn't care about the issues with it they just care about money. The ranked system is also in a poor state. The skill based matching making is basically solely determined by hidden mmr, a stat that nobody can see that is a score of how well you play. If you are copper with champ hidden mmr you will get champ lobbies and no be able to rank up, the silver lining is your rp gain also is affect by this stat relative to your actual rank so you lose less than you gain but for me my hidden mmr is always higher than my actual skill level causing me to lose most games so I would need to play a ton of matches to rank up, like most players have to. The game is full of crashes and you get penalized for things outside of your control like crashes, internet going out, and people can use abilities to tk you with nothing happening to them or ban you without you doing anything. basically good game in a poor state.
