I thought I didn't like strategy board games, but Root's just different. There's so many fun and dynamic situations you can get in with the different factions, feels like I could learn it forever and not get bored. I've only won a single game and I've still had a blast learning little interactions and tricks and I've never had problems finding games either which is insane to me. Here's hoping the remainder of the physical expansions get their digital versions, they sound like another layer delicious to the amazing strategy cake we have now.
