Long gripe

Overall 7.7/10 potential to go up or down. depends....

I enjoyed this game on release stopped playing around lvl 47 due to the crash of players... are MMO does not exist without players... HOWEVER the complaints of this game are slightly insane to me. lets think a bit. yeah mounts should have been free! and this is largely the biggest negative review i have seen recently... how ever if New World said "hey guys we have mounts now come check it out" not a single one of you would have showed face, so they put a expansion. they even gave you a new weapon, new content, fixed content, BROKEN CONTENT, which a good portion have been fix! the DLC can be short but a lot of us stayed up late grinding it to all hell. the end game is longer. farm your artifact gear and get it upgraded. has been taking me a good amount of time. 77 hours in 2 weeks and i that feels good for new content. and ill probably stick around for a bit....... one other point that has been targeted as a money grab is $30 for DLC, for new players they put the game on discount and bundle the DLC. $30 is not a bad deal. wouldn't it be worse if they chose to have you enter your card info buy a membership for you to waste your time completely. If the game actually takes off then what.... you already own your DLC you don't need to buy a membership again you are playing content for as long as you want and can come back when ever you want... A lot of these reviews need to reflect and understand that the game is providing you entertainment for no reoccurring payments. I enjoy they game even with some poor optimization, combat being slightly clunky at times, bugs that need to be fix, however New World is a MMO that is being different that others and its added new aspects rather than completely copying others. The devs play the game so they are experiencing the same as us. They have fix a lot of issues. THERE IS STILL A LOT TO FIX! Overall they community of players that have put 1 hour in over this expansion go play Minecraft.
