No stock grind, no volumetric, no cas, no snail, no premium vehicles and so on. It even has actually working economy and resonable grind (a single assist at high tier gives you enough money to buy multiple low tier parts).
You can also mix different hulls/turrets/guns, for example M18 hull with FL-10 turret and the long 88mm is not only possible, but also works very well at its tier.



Update: Volumetric is garbage, absolutely broken. Shells get eaten by it every single battle. Shells that should 100% pen bounce and shells that should have no way of penning oneshot.

75mm APCBC directly into enemy's breech? Yellow. Shoot an M4 in the back of its turret? 2 crew dead but not the gunner, it turns around and kills you.

It also feels like damage got nerfed across the board.

Also the standard stuff about repair costs, those shouldn't even exist, or at most they should be capped at like 6k.

Update 2: It seems like they might be doing some actually good stuff but it's gaijin so we should wait until we actually get it.

A very big game with many problems.
I don't have the most experience in it (4143h currently) but here's my opinion:
High-Top tier is a garbagefire currently but low-mid tier is still quite fun.

ARB getting screwed more and more with every BR update but AAB is getting some really nice changes (at low-mid tier at least). Repair costs are much more reasonable in AAB too. And it's way more fun than ARB, at least from my experience.

Repair costs are complete cancer but they aren't a problem if you just don't play vehicles with stupid repair costs (it is sad but it works).


Overall still a fun game if you like low-mid tier AAB or GRB (mostly AAB because there's no volumetric. Jets with missiles can be fun too (MiG-21MF with 4 R-3R's is pretty much the only thing I play at all nowadays), but the stock grind is hell.
