I got into this game finally after having it in my library for two years, and I decided to start up a tutorial world and follow the game's instructions to the best of my ability. After completing the tutorial, I suddenly had a problem: the staircase that led into my base wasn't being used because I had mined a hole into the side of the hill where my fort resided. I had also laid flooring on top of the staircase, believing that the flooring would not affect the staircase (the flooring, in fact, deleted the staircase).

I then foolishly blocked off the side hole and attempted to rebuild the staircase to no avail (bug, possibly?). My dwarves had no way to leave, and they began to die of dehydration. I thought quickly to order a dig so that they would get water, but I had ordered the mass mining of all the lower elevations below a few minutes ago, and I didn't think to cancel the order as I watched all 18 of my dwarves die. A series of mistakes had left to the greatest stupid wipe in the history of Dwarf Fortress.

10/10, perhaps the greatest game ever created.

in this game, you can punch bullets. DOOM does not let you punch bullets. therefore,

i would like for you to imagine being a developer at cd projekt red right now.

a game with dreamcast graphics and which lasts about 6 hours creates the world you were always trying to make.

im only 3 hours in and if anything happened to little fox man i would kill everyone in this room

control is extremely tight, combat is fun but can be brutal (especially with enemy placements), and the game gives you a lot of room to explore, but can be challenging because sometimes you might not know what to do, and you sometimes feel like you've gone into an area you shouldn't (which is why you're getting beat up).

also, even though there is some english, the game can be played and figured out by anybody if they're willing to give it the time of day, which might not always be the case because this can get hard.

this truly is the dark zelda souls of furries (i hate that i typed that).
