If you don't like the lack of weapon modifications in Fallout 3 or New Vegas, this is the game for you, but if you want more choices, as many people say, stick with the other Fallout games. Also mods enhance the game, and make it much better, sometimes it even feels like you aren't playing FO4 anymore
