CS:GO is a great game, but remember that it's a teambased game so don't beat yourself up if you don't carry every single game.

when you start it will probally be hard to aim,shoot and to throw nades. but it will come after some time, you just need to practice a bit first.

when just have started you should focus on your aim, teamplaying and to learn names of diffrent spots on the maps. when you feel confident enough in yourself you should learn to throw nades, a good to learn how to throw nades is by watching pro CS:GO players they very often have some kind of tutorials to help you out.
