You were probably in a lobby with a hacker/modder and you didnt report them or some shit. It honestly doesnt matter, you can just say that you werent hacking in ur Bio. Unless of course, you were hacking. :) Try to email steam support or something goodluck.

You got game banned, not VAC banned. You probably cheated or exploited a glitch.
