Product received for free

Terrible customer service - they admitted an item was lost due to an error on their end. Instead of simply replacing said item, the representative of Eve Online simply told me to wait until I had another. Since then I cancelled my subscription and will not renew. A terrible way to conduct business that should not be tolerated. I urge everyone ploughing money in to this game to consider what will happen if they lost their items due to CCPs error and were given no compensation.
