The game is not smooth, there's jitter, constantly ping and server issues and most of the time it gets stuck on the attempting connection loop.
There are no solutions what so ever provided by the support people and no one cares to look or help the casual players.

The game is dying which is sad but I still like it, wish they pay a little attention to fixing the issues and not bringing in skins and content in game to buy every now and then so that they can leach off money.
