No radioactive materials are produced, eliminating the risk of radioactive pollution while easing public fear of events similar to the Chernobyl disaster. The generation of electricity by means of fusion is the holy grail of addressing the paramount danger to modern society.
Should a successful method of fusion be developed, and should efficient plants be designed, the final hurdle in the shift towards a remodeled infrastructure of electricity in the world will be mounting support. A career in engineering would not be a grind or feel like a necessity of life, it would be enjoying a passion of mine that encompasses several facets of being.
