This game is quite artistic, not necessarily graphically (ok it kinda is there too) but contrary to popular belief there is a story that takes some thought to understand. Once you do, it'll make you re-think some things.

Gameplay is as addictive as it is smoth and deep. If you want to blow through the game like rambo, you can easily do so. But more creative players will find many means of finesse and creativity to finish a level. Story levels only have but so many ways to complete them, but endless mode is where you can truly experiment. I found myself attempting to recreate the final scene from equalibrium with how one can throw and catch weapons in mid air

People keep knocking the price, but to me it is well deserved. We have a deep psychological digital/cyberpunk story (digipunk???), a time lag system that has you constantly strategizing, and a big say in how the player fights.

All in all, I'd say that this game is a definite buy, because you WILL end up screaming "SUPER! HOT!" at least once while fueled from the epic manuver that you just pulled (I'm a master of D**K shots and it never gets old). And reviews are constantly forgetting that this title is being updated regularly with plans for DLC that will expand/open up the story a bit for the slow mos that didn't get it. Wait for a sale if you have to, but this game is a definite buy for anyone who enjoys gunplay, bullet time, and psychological manipulation.
