A remake that is so good and stays so faithful to the original it doesn't live in the shadow of its predecessor, and becomes a new definitive way to experience Half-Life 1.

I don't usually write non-ironic reviews but for this game I need to, this game is so simple but has such an impact. I think the worst thing someone can be is alone especially when dealing with some tough emotions and getting advice can make such a huge difference. The game has such a wholesome and calming enviroment where you can honestly speak your mind, I really love sending heartfelt letters of advice to people who might need it. I would pay 2x the price tag of this game.
