Took the community's feedback and proceeded to double down on everything that was disliked about it. Forced Heat 50/50s. Buffing everyone, even the top tiers, and while they reduced chip in some areas, they increased it in others. Along w/ giving everyone new moves and ways to cover up character weaknesses.

It's like two fireman saw a fire, and while one of them was using water to put it out, the other was using gasoline.

Great tutorials, a lot of training mode features for labbing, lobby is straight forward, and matches. are. quick. Quick to find, quick to start, and quick to rematch. Other FGs typically are lacking in at least one of those areas.

Gameplay mechanics are interesting enough to keep me around as well. Plenty of depth.

Getting in-game: Needs work. The lobbies are confusing if you don't pay attention, you may fail to connect to a match several times before having to rejoin, and the "Ranked Floors" have a max # of simultaneous matches that can be played on that floor, and if you're at Floor 10, you have nowhere else to go, so you have to wait, or come back later.

In-game: It is amazing. I love it. It looks amazing, feels amazing to get combos and sick plays. It's awesome and totally worth all the nonsense that you have to deal with to get into a game first.

If you like Overwatch or Valorant, you probably will not like this game. If you like Paragon, Smite, and/or League, you're more likely to enjoy the game.

The game has potential. Yes, it's currently suffering from launch issues that plague most games, but the concept, the hunters, and the structure of each game mode keeps it from getting stale. Bring friends and try it out.

It was fun while it lasted, but this game isn't meant for its hardcore audience, it's meant for the casual crowd. Not a bad thing, but not what I'm looking for anymore.

I have high hopes for this game, despite its very rough start. It's no secret that BKP didn't do the best job of advertising, which might have separated it from the oversaturated genre it's trying to make a name for itself in. This game is definitely an underdog, which is why I give props to BKP for not giving up.

This game at its core is meant to be a fast paced, high skill cap game. I believe it still is, and has the potential to keep expanding on that. I enjoy it with or without friends simply because of the satisfaction of doing well with a class you want to play well with, because for the most part, each class has it's difficulties.

Of course, playing with friends is far more entertaining, so I suggest you bring them along. Competing for the top of the scoreboard while also trying to win is pretty exciting.

EDIT: I know that Patch 1.4 has been if nothing else, controversial, but BKP has listened to feedback from the top players in the past, I have confidence they will do it again.

Patience. Patience is the key word. It's PvP is amazingly fun with the right friends... when it's actually working properly and is balanced, which is extremely hard and an extremely long wait. If you can do that, it will be worth it.

Why the long wait? Ever since it's license was renewed, DCUO developers have had to pump out PvE content every month, leaving little room for PvP. It was updated in January 2016, but it has not been updated since then, but it's a start.

As you can tell, PvP is my shtick, as for PvE, it's not bad, but from what I've heard from launch players, it's been better.

Can't think of another Transformers game I'd rather play, and I've played this game on PS3 for hours and hours.
