I am so disappointed in this game. Despite the beautiful graphics it's just hollow compared to the first installment and has nothing new to tell or offer. The trailer was so misleading and gave hope for so much more then what we receiverd.

The narrative is very short, repetitive and very simple. The world and locations are all the same, small and extremely linear. You have the feeling like you are walking in 2 meters wide path and just waiting for another obstacle to artificially lenghten the overall gameplay. Without repetitive puzzles and uninspiring fights it would be probably 4 hours long. Was it really all that the studio was able to come up with after all this years???

It is most dissapointing game continuation I have ever played I think. Shame on you Ninja Theory. You ruined so inspiring and original character by making it mediocre and bland. I feel so sad for this ruined game. I hope they will not come back to this franchise if this is what they came up after 4 years and 100 staff. This is perfect example when more doesn't mean better.

I wish I could get a refund for wasted time.

PC game in which there is no option to change the resolution and doesn't remember the screen mode it was played in. Driving through the dessert and not even one dust particle shows up. Textures loading lagging hugelly. I mean physics is fine but such fundamental things ruins the experience for me. Maybe when it will be improved in the future.

Even though this game suppose to be playable with a gamepad it does not recognise my xbox 360 or xbox one controller while any other game does without any problem. This is the first game that I have such a big issue to play on my gamepad. The game does not differentiate between controllers drivers and input and anything can interfere with its recogntion. There is a lenghty thread about this problem and developer didn't fix it for ar least 5 years now. Some people even have to unplug mouse or keyboard to play it on a gamepad. It's clearly unacceptable. I won't support developers who doesn't give a ♥♥♥♥ about their game after the release when it has a major issue for many players. Very sad since I heard lot of good things about this game but clearly the don't care about PC players at all.

Great atmosphere and story but the gamaplay is tedious, boring and very unintuituve. No fun at all. Half of the time you have no idea what is really expected of you since the main protagonist is so vague about their commands. Puzzles even though they seam to fit in the style of the game are boring and not really satisfying after you figure them out. Other are just the timing sensitive and no thought involved.

Through the first 2 hours of the game I really dig the atmosphere and was engaged in the story. After another 2 hours I was so frustraited with bad design and pace of the game that I wanted it just to end already. There is really no fun in a gameplay what so ever and all there was in the begining fades into the repetiveness and frustration.

Really wished it would be good game since it's premise and theme is just right up my alley but it is not. Don't waste your time, just watch the playthrough on youtube for the story. It is like devs had the great idea for a story (but not really anything groundbreaking) but didn't know how to make the game fun and engaging. Also even though graphically it looks good but the facial animations and sometimes movement of the human models (clipping through the walls and so on) are realy not so great and buggy looking. Al in all: "Meh"- 5/10

It really surprises me how long did it take for people to realise how scummy developers of WT are. I played since 2016 right after I got my preordered Oculus CV1. It was great fun then. Since then I had some coming backs to the game number of times. Most recent longer comeback was couple of months before the invasion of Ukraine. At that time the grind was getting harder and harder but still had some fun. Then the russians started the War. Since main core of developers of WT is russian and that where the most of the money go I stopped playing at once as a statement and from the sense of decency. Even though I didn't pay for a single item in the game with real money it was a matter of principle. Russian bias in the game is blatant and evident. There are clear refferences to names and events one can only find in russian books and teaching systems. I guess for most people it really didn't matter much. It's your choice I guess. Long before that I sometimes searched the official forums for some info and even then the responses of the devs and moderators seamed very rude and arrogant most of the time. And then their response to the War situation was exactly as I predicted. Basically no-response neutral word soup. So it is clear I thought. They don't give a ♥♥♥♥. One could easly predicted that after playing the game mostly judging by the historical campains or battles was definatelly Russian twisted version of History. There are many scenarios and battles which are blattant historic lie and clear soviet war propaganda. No surprises there if you know russian state of mind. I for one am very glad that the controversy happened now. It should definietly happen sooner. Maybe it will get some people to think a little. Probably temporal thing and they will keep milking the rest of the playerbase while sending money for putler's war machine (like it or not they do pay taxes in russia). It was fun while it lasted but for me this game is dead and gone.

Don't bother. VR motion interface is totally unintuitive and there are very few options to customise it. For me controls were so junky it was barely playable. Like someone mentioned textures are very low res and unpleasant to look at. Don't be fooled by the screenshots, the game doesn't look like that. There are NO graphical options what so ever. Controlers sometimes lagged so bad that I was feeling like I was in slow motion. I refunded the game. I don't know anything about the original but this port is crap. It made me unlist the original since the devs have made so low effort vr port of the game.

Don't buy this or Odyssey. This game is dead. They failed to deliver most of the promisses they've made since the begining. Frontier Developments doesn't listen to the fanbase even one bit or respect their own initial vision. They stopped caring about the game being good and just focusing on monetising what is left of it.

(!!!)THEIR FORUM MODERATORS ARE DELETING NEGATIVE COMMENTS AND BANNING PEOPLE(!!!) left and right, everywhere, even when not violating any rules, without the reason. They leave some of them not to appear totally doctored. They are in full damage control mode. Save yourself the pain. This company is disgraceful.

Thank you very much for being decent and mindfull people. Once again you have proven that you are one of the best developers out there. Not afraid of doing the right thing in the right time despite the hate of Russian, Chinese and all totalitarian and fascist regimes around the world.

Even though the game was not as bad as I expected it to be it has some major problems that prevent me from recomending it.
Firstly it is way too short. For experienced vr gamer it is 2-3h max even on highest difficulty. The VR controllers interface and funcionality is very junky, unintuitive and in the heat of the battle very prone to make mistakes or missclicks. Very bad design. There is really no plot or any incentive to progress. Some semi-random, very vague goals that mean nothing to the player. No nice cutscenes, encounters, nothing. The flat screen original had at least some plot. Here there is nothing. No depth or character or world introduction what so ever.
The whole game feels like glorified demo or short useless tie-in for the flatscreen original. Certainly not a complete game. Also lamest ending I have seen in the long time in any game.
Apart from semi-satisfieing gameplay and good music it is mediocre at best. Don't waste your money or buy very very cheap.
